The following are links for surveys about medical care in New York State. There are two different surveys: one for people/families living with Spina Bifida and one specifically for medical providers. The purpose of the surveys is to grow our resource database and have a comprehensive list of providers that have experience working with Spina Bifida to create more access to quality healthcare.
